Angenehmes und strukturiertes Vorstellungsgespräch
Das Bewerbungsverfahren bei 8P war sehr angenehm und gut organisiert. Ich habe mich vom ersten Kontakt an wertgeschätzt gefühlt. Besonders positiv war, dass das Vorstellungsgespräch freundlich und auf Augenhöhe geführt wurde. Es wurde offen über die Ausbildung und Aufgabenbereiche gesprochen. Die Atmosphäre war professionell, aber gleichzeitig locker, was mir geholfen hat, meine Nervosität abzulegen. Ich konnte Fragen stellen und habe ehrliche Antworten bekommen. Verbesserungsvorschläge habe ich keine alles lief sehr strukturiert und zügig ab.
