Das Gespräch war sehr angenehm die Personen sehr authentisch offen und menschlich.

​What Went Well ​Efficiency and Speed: I was very impressed with the rapid response to my application and how quickly the process moved forward. ​Direct Dialogue: Speaking directly with the hiring manager was incredibly valuable. Their deep knowledge of the business and transparency regarding the team's expectations and upcoming challenges gave me a clear and authentic understanding of the role. ​Substantive Conversation: The discussion was highly productive. We were able to quickly identify how my skills could be applied to current challenges and what my future contributions could look like. I left with a strong, positive picture of my potential role within the team. ​Areas for Potential Improvement ​ ​Time Expectation Management: The meeting was scheduled for 30 minutes but lasted for an hour. I personally viewed this as a very positive sign of a mutually engaging conversation. However, setting a more realistic timeframe from the start (e.g., 45 or 60 minutes) could help both parties manage their schedules and set clear expectations for the depth of the discussion.

All in all the interview was friendly. However, I had an impression the interviewers' expectations didn't match the job description at all. The role was Technical Product Owner AI, but I wasn't asked at all about my experience with AI products. Instead, they asked me how often I write business cases. As in the job description Python coding skills were a nice to have, I doubt they would easily find a person who knows Python AND at the same time writes Business Cases on a daily basis. Thus unfortunately selection criteria were not at all transparent.

- The interview was well organized. - The interviewer was informative and friendly. - I got all the information I needed about the position and the next steps. - I had enough time to introduce myself and my expertise. - It would be great if there was a platform to follow the process of the next steps and the status of my application.

The interviewer made me feel very comfortable and valued. The whole experience was very positive and was conducted in a professional manner
