Super transparent und schnelles Feedback
Es war ein wirklich positives Erlebnis, obwohl ich nur eine Initiative Berwerbung abgeschickt hatte. Die Kollegen waren super freundlich und sehr fix bei der Rückmeldung. Ich hatte bereits nach 1 Woche inkl. eines dazwischen liegendem Wochenende eine Einladung zum Vorstellungsgespräch. Das Gespräch selber war sehr angenehm, mit einem Konstruktivem Austausch und einem Gespräch auf Augenhöhe. Ich freue mich auf das Folgegespräch und hoffe, dass ich final überzeugen kann.
