Ich habe mich für die Stelle als Pflegefachkraft in Bethanienhöfe in Hamburg beworben,bekam von Hr. R.(Einrichtungsleitung) sehr schnelle Rückantwort,Einladung zum Vorstellungsgespräch,Faktenklärung,da Mitarbeiterwohnung gewünscht war,Hausbegehung mit Vorstellen einzelner Mitarbeiter,zum Schluss Aushändigung vom Personalbogen,den ich abend dann nach per Mail ausgefüllt zurück gesendet habe. Direkt eine Zusage zum 10.07.2026. Sooooo wünscht man sich doch ein Vorstellungsgespräch. Lockere Formen,Unbürokratisch gestaltet,nette Umgangsformen,herzliches Willkommen der Mitarbeiter. Alles Rundum perfekt!!!! Nochmal vielen Dank für alles Gruss
