Gut nicht schlimm
Ich bin mit dem Bewerbungsprozess leider nicht ganz zufrieden. Meiner Meinung nach sollten wichtige Informationen wie die genaue Arbeitszeit (Teilzeit oder Vollzeit) und das Gehalt bzw. der Stundenlohn bereits in der Stellenanzeige oder spätestens vor dem Bewerbungsgespräch klar genannt werden. Wenn diese Informationen erst später oder überraschend mitgeteilt werden und der Stundenlohn sehr niedrig ist, ist es für Bewerberinnen schwierig, eine gute Entscheidung zu treffen. Ich wünsche mir mehr Transparenz bei Arbeitszeit, Gehalt und Arbeitsbedingungen.
