Einladung ohne Rückmeldung
Ich wurde zum Gespräch geladen, für ein Onlinegespräch , per Teams. Der versprochene Link kam nicht bei mir an, auch kam keine Rückmeldung auf meine Zusage zum Termin. Schade das Menschen die sich durch so eine Einladung Hoffnung gemacht haben auf eine eventuelle Zusammenarbeit, enttäuscht werden.

Sehr professionelle und gleichzeitig persönliche Bewerbungserfahrung
Meine Erfahrung mit Alsco Berufskleidungs-Service GmbH war durchweg sehr positiv. Vom ersten Kontakt an habe ich mich ernst genommen und willkommen gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war klar, direkt und professionell, gleichzeitig aber auch angenehm persönlich und fast schon familiär. Man hatte wirklich das Gefühl, dass Zusammenarbeit gewünscht ist. Der gesamte Bewerbungsprozess war transparent aufgebaut, mit offenen Informationen zu den einzelnen Schritten und Erwartungen. Alles wirkte strukturiert und gut organisiert, ohne dabei unpersönlich zu sein. Besonders beeindruckt haben mich die Menschen im Unternehmen: freundlich, wertschätzend und engagiert. Insgesamt war ich wirklich positiv überrascht und habe den Prozess als sehr angenehm und professionell empfunden.

Leider nie eine Rückmeldung erhalten
Obwohl ich das Vorstellungsgespräch in einer netten Atmosphäre empfunden habe, habe ich im Nachgang keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Schade, da ich denke, dass dies das Minimum ist, wenn man sich die Zeit für so ein Gespräch nimmt.
