Absolut wertschätzend
Schon der erste Kontakt in einem Videocall hat mir ein gutes Bauchgefühl gegeben. Es folgte ein persönliches Gespräch, bei dem ich viel über das Unternehmen - das Unternehmen aber auch noch einige Dinge von mir erfahren haben. Alles in allem war der bisherige Prozess in sich sehr stimmig.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich bin sehr zufrieden gewesen mit dem Vorstellungsgespräch. Für ein Erstgespräch war ich persönlich wunschlos glücklich. Natürlich hat man ganz viele Fragen, die dann aber auch schon in ein Onboarding gehören und über dieses und über den gesamten Prozess vor und nach der Bewerbung wurde ich sehr gut aufgeklärt.
