Herzliche Begrüßung und keine Wartezeit. War wegen des Verkehrs 40 Minuten früher da, wurde total freundlich früher empfangen und es ging gleich los mit dem Gespräch. Alle Fragen wurden offen beantwortet und habe auch gleich ein Feedback erhalten.
