I would like to thank for the opportunity, the explanation concerning the company and of the opportunity was very clear in all the items People were very kind and professional and all the question were alligned to what I expected. I'm very interested in the position for the following reasons: 1) I like a job in witch I'm involved in all the items of a project (es. design, product specification, production process..) having contact with different people in various contest 2) I have experience on injection moulding not only concerning the process but also the overview of a new project (marketing specification, mold design, timing, budget, properties of the final products as tolerances on flashes..) 3) I have experience of managing project since I started to work, I can use Microsoft Project 4) I have experience in checking start up and production in different factories, also to discuss molding modification in mechanical workshop 5) I have experience in checking start up and production to the external supplier

Overall, I had a very positive experience throughout the interview process. The communication was clear and professional, and I appreciated the opportunity to meet the team and learn more about the role and the company.

Es dauerte über zwei Monate zwischen Bewerbung und Rückmeldung. Auch wenn ich nicht - oder nicht sofort - eingeladen worden wäre, hätte ich mir eine Rückmeldung erhofft. Das erste Gespràch war dann aber sehr gut organisiert.

Das Interview mit Antonia und Riccardo war sehr angenehm, transparent und auf Augenhöhe. Die Erklärung der Rolle und Unternehmensvorstellung waren äußerst informativ. Ich habe mich durchgehend sehr wertgeschätzt gefühlt und freue mich auf die weiteren Schritte im Prozess.

Das Gespräch war sehr gut vorbereitet und aufschlussreich. So sollte es sein!

Der gesamte Bewerbungsprozess war bisher sehr professionell, transparent und wertschätzend. Besonders positiv empfand ich die angenehme Gesprächsatmosphäre sowie den offenen und authentischen Austausch. Meine Fragen wurden ausführlich beantwortet und ich habe einen guten Einblick in die Rolle, die Unternehmenskultur und die Erwartungen erhalten.
