The atmosphere of the interview was really nice and amicable while maintaining professionalism. I liked that both interviewers participated. I valued the company presentation with the segmentations of the market as it helps shaping and further understanding the position and the company's positioning. The only two points that I do not value as extremely positive from the interview and I consider neutral are: -The steps prior of the interview as it was not the most structured process and I was required to select interview slots several times. - The feedback at the end of the interview as this step was not strictly covered and will most likely be part of the next steps. Finally I really value the thoroughness and how friendly throughout the interview both Emine Sulejmani and Antonia Grandefor were.

I can sincerely say it was a positive, insightful, and pleasant conversation about the company, its products and applications, business topics, and my personality/background. I'm looking forward to the next step in the process. Best regards,

J'ai utilement été informé par mes interlocuteurs sur la description de fonction et les tâches attendues. Sur les attentes du management à cette position et comment procéder pour y arriver. L'ambiance était détendue et conviviale tout en étant très professionnelle. Je suis convaincu de convenir à ce poste et que de beaux challenges m'attendent.

Der Zeitraum zwischen dem ersten und einem möglichen weiteren Gespräch ist mit 10 Tagen etwas zu lang. Ansonsten ein sehr gut vorbereitetes Gespräch welches sehr angenehm war.

Alles war super

Alle Kontaktpersonen waren sehr angenehm und kommunikativ. Man hat sich sehr viel Zeit genommen und alle gestellten Fragen wurden beantwortet. Es wäre schön noch etwas mehr Einblick ins Unternehmen zu bekommen, aber dies erfolgt vermutlich erst in einem zweiten Schritt.

Antonia Grande est une personne charmante, qui pose les bonnes questions en étant tout à fait transparente. Celle- ci prend également bonne note des différentes opportunités tout en optimisant ma candidature. I found the interview very professional in the way the company highlights were presented and tailored questions to specific skills and key competencies of the candidate were covered. It was also very friendly atmosphere where HR Partner shared her background and journey with Angst+Pfister - this does not happen so often in the interviews where everything is so focused on the candidate. Company business segment overview was also very helpful. HR Partner shared her feedback directly at the end of interview which was very transparent.
