Speechless
The only thing that could be improved in my opinion is offering water and/or coffee to the candidates. (I was supplied with it upon asking - big thanks to the recruiter) However it would be much more appropriate if the host asks, assuming the interviewee will inevitably be the one doing most of the talking. Therefore straining their vocal chords for a prolonged period of time.
