Well deserved 5 Star Review
I'm extremely impressed with the thorough smooth application process as well the timely response after each interview. I haven't done a pre up online assessment in a long time and was happy to even learn something about myself with the results. Satisfactory
I was a bit disappointed when the interviewer expected to answer everything in one go. Normally, it is expected that when an interviewer wants me to introduce, I only have to introduce myself and not an entire para, which includes my intro, experience and motivation. Here, when I was done with my introduction, I stopped for a few seconds, and I was expecting a question from the interviewer, but the response I got was “That’s it?”, and I don’t remember the other exact words but it was something like don’t you have anything to say about the role, etc (but in a polite way).Due to which I was also a bit confused and was not able to provide or give my best interview that I prepared for, I missed many things about my skills and the way I can contribute, as these things naturally come out while having a conversation and not just talking about myself as a speech. Nonetheless, the interviewer was sweet, polite and friendly. And except for this part everything was fine.
