El proceso de entrevista ha sido agradable. El margen de tiempo desde que tiré mi CV hasta que obtuve una respuesta fue rápido y, en general, gracias al PDF que se me envió pude investigar más sobre la empresa. Como mejora, diría que no había mucha variedad en lo que respecta a las franjas horarias disponibles para realizar la entrevista, ya que solo permitía elegir un día y en horario de mañanas. Creo que el PDF que se envió fue útil, aunque la calidad del diseño se podría mejorar. A parte de estos dos detalles, el resto de proceso está siendo claro.

I have had only one interview so far and would like to share a few points that could be improved: 1. In the invitation email, it was stated that the interview would take a maximum of 30 minutes. However, this seems to cover only the three main sections (10 minutes each), and does not include the rating questions and the examples provided at the beginning of each section. In practice, the process takes longer. For better candidate time planning, I would recommend indicating a more realistic duration. 2. The interface of the scheduling system was not intuitive. Initially, I was unable to submit the time I selected for the interview, and there was no clear feedback or confirmation in the UI. 3. There appears to be a bug in the scheduling logic. My interview was scheduled at a different time in my calendar (3:00 pm) compared to the interviewer’s calendar (3:30 pm). Fortunately, the interviewer contacted me to clarify, and the interview was able to proceed, despite the conflicting invitations. 4. Some items in the rating form is unclear how to evaluate. For example, “Helpful and constructive feedback at the end of the interview” (feedback is usually not provided at the end of interview)

The interview itself was conducted in a friendly and professional atmosphere. The company was presented clearly, including its mission, culture, and expectations for the role. I felt treated as a valued candidate, and the discussion was open, respectful, and engaging. The questions were relevant and allowed me to present my background and motivation properly. I also appreciated that the next steps were explained transparently at the end of the interview. Overall, the process reflected a well organized and candidate focused approach.
