What went well I appreciated the chance to learn more about the role and the company. The interview provided some clarity on the technical aspects of the position. What could be optimized The conversation felt less engaging at times. A more interactive exchange would have helped me better understand the company culture and values. Since interviewers are often the first point of contact for candidates, their energy and engagement strongly shape the impression of the company. A more enthusiastic approach could help highlight the positive aspects of the company.

Fast, but should do better
Response times are very good. I wish the hiring manager took time to read my CV, so they could see that the skills they are looking for as mandatory skills, are not my core skills. And my core skills are only good to have, per their requirements. This should also be clearly marked on the job description. Would have saved time and effort on both sides, and my hopes wouldn't be crushed during the interview. Also, the recruiter should provide timely updates, according to the timeline promised.

Feedback
Good interview over all, one little nuance though, the link to the video call was sent as the interview was supposed to start. With that being said, I could have asked before the scheduled appointment, and this could happen to anyone, no biggie. Maybe there is potential to automate tasks like these to forgo human error and free up capacity for Human Resources? :)

Great preparation!
The interview prep was great. I got a good overview of the company’s journey and culture, which was super helpful going in. I also appreciated that the HR Specialist really understood the role, even though it’s not in HR — it made the conversation a lot more relevant and insightful.
