Top Arbeitgeber!
Ich bin seit über einem halben Jahr bei Funk und habe mich sehr gut eingelebt. Die Arbeitsatmosphäre und die Kollegen sind nett und hilfsbereit. Besonders gut gefällt mir die Du-Kultur und die flachen Hierarchen. Ich freue mich sehr und bin stolz darauf ein Teil von Funk sein zu dürfen!

Klein aber Fein
Wir sind in unserem Team nur wenige, verstehen uns aber blendend. Bereits beim Bewerbungsgespräch und später beim Onboarding hab ich mich bereits sehr gut aufgenommen gefühlt. In meiner Abteilung funktioniert der Teamgeist sehr gut, allerdings hab ich auch schon Gegenteiliges von anderen Abteilungen gehört. FUNK ist ein sozialer und dynamischer Arbeitgeber. Erst vor kurzem wurde die gesamte Hardware ausgetauscht und die "alte" noch funktionierende Hardware wird an einkommensschwache Familien/Kinder gespendet. Besonders gefällt mir die flexible Arbeitszeit (keine Kernzeit) und die Möglichkeit auf Home Office.
