Interview by a group instead of a one on on job interview
After submitting my application documents, I was invited to an online interview within 10 days. I had expected to be interviewed by one manager, but instead two other managers joined the conversation, which surprised me and took up quite a bit of the half hour they had allotted, making me feel a bit uncomfortable. A brief note informing me that the interview would be with several people would have been very helpful and friendly. All in all, it was still a constructive conversation.

Stets positiv, transparent und schnell
Leider hat es am Ende überraschend nicht geklappt, dennoch war der Bewerbungsprozess insgesamt positiv. Obwohl häufig betont wurde, welche Geschwindigkeit in der Firma herrscht, wurde sich viel Zeit für mich als Bewerber genommen. "Wir melden uns so schnell wie möglich" war auch tatsächlich so.
