Sehr angenehmer und professioneller Bewerbungsprozess
Der gesamte Bewerbungsprozess für die Werkstudentenstelle verlief äußerst professionell, transparent und wertschätzend. Die Kommunikation mit der Personalabteilung war von Beginn an schnell und verbindlich. Bei einer notwendigen Terminverschiebung aus gesundheitlichen Gründen zeigte das Team großes Verständnis und agierte sehr flexibel. Das Erstgespräch fand in einer sehr offenen, angenehmen Atmosphäre statt, in der nicht nur fachliche Anforderungen und Prozesse im Qualitätsmanagement detailliert erklärt wurden, sondern auch ausreichend Raum für eigene Fragen und Einblicke in die Unternehmenskultur geboten wurde. Ein sehr positiver Gesamteindruck von Quest One als modernem und mitarbeiterorientiertem Arbeitgeber in der Wasserstoffbranche.
