Bewerbungsgespräch der angenehmeren Art
Hatte bei Hawle eines meiner angenehmsten Bewerbungsgespräche. Sowohl Fachabteilung als auch HR waren authentisch, offen und sympathisch. Nie kam auch nur der Ansatz einer Art "zwanghafter Professionalität" durch oder das Gefühl, dass sich das Gegenüber verstellen würde. Sowohl die Rahmenbedingungen der Firma als auch Tätigkeiten und Anforderungsprofil für die Stelle wurden klar und verständlich vermittelt als auch die weiteren Schritte und eine grobe Zeitschiene dazu bekannt gegeben. Bereits im Vorfeld des Gesprächs wurde offen und ehrlich kommuniziert und die Bewerbung rasch beantwortet.

Ein angenehmes, informatives und authentisches Gespräch
Das Vorstellungsgespräch war sehr angenehm und professionell. Mein Gesprächspartner hat einen klaren und umfassenden Einblick in das Unternehmen, die Aufgaben und den Arbeitsalltag vermittelt. Die Atmosphäre war offen, wertschätzend und transparent, und alle meine Fragen wurden ausführlich beantwortet. Besonders positiv fand ich die authentische Art und die klare Darstellung der Unternehmenswerte und Arbeitsweise. Als Anregung würde ich vorschlagen, Bewerbern vorab eine kurze Orientierung zu geben, welche Themen oder Schwerpunkte im Gespräch besonders relevant sind. Das schafft zusätzliche Klarheit und rundet den positiven Eindruck weiter ab. Insgesamt ein sehr positives Gespräch, das einen sehr guten Eindruck vom Unternehmen vermittelt hat.
