-Swift feedback to application and coordination of an interview -Discussion went professional and in a friendly manner -Current situation about the Business and role was given. -facts & data about the company as well as the history and the corporate structure, business strategy etc. were not mentioned / just touched very slightly -questions for the candidate were adequate and appropriate to check experiences regarding role+tasks and showed that the interviewer have prepared themselves for the interview with the candidate -Pretty transparent about the criticality of the position in the company and some hygiene factors + possible next steps in the hiring process Just some recommendations: 1) a kind of good-bad-ugly feedback at the end of the chat would have given the candidate a better understanding about what went well, what went wrong or what could be improved for the next time and vice versa. 2) It could be also very interesting and helpful for the company to check some numbers and quota + ticket /deal sizes especially for commercial (leader) roles to check if someone is used to deal and handle the size of those deals the company is aiming for or used to have. Overall it was a very pleasant conversation with the interviewers which I enjoyed much. Thank you for the opportunity

The activities of the position were explained in detail. Interesting questions were asked and you could also ask questions without any problems and you received the information directly. If the information could not be communicated ad hoc, it was sent afterwards by e-mail. This was also very satisfactory. as overall feedback I can say that it was a very constructive and interesting interview. This made the job very challenging and interesting

Mein erstes Gespräch bei INFORM für die Position "Senior Software Engineer (all genders) - Terminals and Distribution Centers" hat mich rundum positiv beeindruckt. Was mir besonders gut gefallen hat: * Die offene und transparente Kommunikation: Bereits im Vorfeld wurde ich umfassend über den Bewerbungsprozess und die Position informiert. * Die professionelle und freundliche Atmosphäre: Das Gespräch verlief in einer angenehmen und konstruktiven Atmosphäre. Ich hatte jederzeit die Möglichkeit, Fragen zu stellen und meine eigenen Erfahrungen einzubringen. * Das Interesse an meiner Person und meinen Fähigkeiten: Die Gesprächspartner haben sich Zeit genommen, mich kennenzulernen und meine Kompetenzen im Detail zu erfragen. * Die klare und strukturierte Vorgehensweise: Der Ablauf des Gesprächs war gut organisiert und die nächsten Schritte wurden transparent kommuniziert. Fazit: Ich bin von meinem ersten Bewerbungsgespräch bei INFORM begeistert und freue mich sehr auf die weitere Zusammenarbeit.
