Es war ein sehr angenehmes und transparentes Gespräch. Aufgrund der kurzen Zeit, welche die HR Interimsmanagerin erst on Board ist (1 Woche) konnten wir nicht tiefer in die Details des UN, sowie die Rolle gehen. Schade, aber es war ja auch erst das erste Touchup Gespräch.
