Kann man besser machen
Es wäre wirklich gut, wenn sich die Dame besser mit meinem Lebenslauf auseinander gesetzt hätte oder sich auf fachliche Fragen eingestellt hätte, wäre das Gespräch besser verlaufen. Ich hatte eher das Gefühl, dass sie das Gespräch eher nur schnell hinter sich bringen wollte. Hätte ich nicht nach fast 2 Wochen nach einem Feedback gefragt, hätte ich bestimmt gar nichts mehr von ihr gehört. So sollte man es nicht machen.

Ich habe sehr zügig eine Rückmeldung erhalten und wurde zeitnah zum Bewerbungsgespräch eingeladen. Das Gespräch verlief in einer freundlichen und angenehmen Atmosphäre, welches auf Augenhöhe stattfand. Auch habe ich gegen Ende des Gespräches schon eine weitere Einladung erhalten. Vorbildliches Recruitingverhalten
Kurz nach Eingang meiner Bewerbung erhielt ich einen freundlichen Anruf aus der HR Abteilung mit der Einladung zu einem Videointerview. Die digitale Terminvereinbarung und die technische Durchführung des Calls verliefen einwandfrei. Die Gesprächsführung verlief sehr wertschätzend, was zu einem offenen Austausch zu Interroll Engineering, der vakanten Stelle und den Stellenanforderungen geführt hat. Die Dauer und der Inhalt des Gesprächs waren der Position absolut angemessen und haben beiderseitig zu einem sehr guten Eindruck verholfen. Abschließend wurde ich über den weiteren Verlauf des Bewerbungsprozesses informiert. Unabhängig vom weiteren Verlauf des Bewerbungsverfahrens war die Abwicklung professionell, von beiden Seiten wertschätzend und transparent. Die Gesprächsatmosphäre war vorbildlich und hat mir persönlich einen positiven Eindruck von Interroll vermittelt.
