Gut strukturierter Ablauf
In den vergangenen Jahren habe ich mich mehrfach intern auf verschiedene Stellen beworben. Dabei hatte ich teilweise den Eindruck, dass meine Qualifikationen, Erfahrungen und mein Engagement nicht immer ausreichend berücksichtigt wurden. Die Gründe für Absagen waren für mich nicht immer nachvollziehbar, weshalb ich mir mehr Transparenz und konkreteres Feedback wünschen würde. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich jedoch mein letztes Bewerbungsgespräch. Es war aus meiner Sicht eines der besten, die ich bisher intern geführt habe. Die Gesprächsatmosphäre war offen, respektvoll und wertschätzend. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass meine Erfahrungen und meine Motivation ernst genommen wurden. Dieses Feedback ist konstruktiv gemeint, da ich mich weiterhin mit dem Unternehmen identifiziere und gerne die Möglichkeit hätte, mich intern weiterzuentwickeln. Unabhängig vom Ergebnis möchte ich mich für das angenehme Gespräch bedanken und hoffe, dass diese Offenheit und Wertschätzung auch künftig ein fester Bestandteil des internen Bewerbungsprozesses bleiben.
