Angenehmes Bewerbungsgespräch
Ich hatte ein sehr angenehmes und wertschätzendes Bewerbungsgespräch mit Majorel Berlin. Das Gespräch verlief in einer offenen, freundlichen Atmosphäre und war von gegenseitigem Interesse geprägt. Die Gesprächspartner*innen waren sehr sympathisch, gut vorbereitet und haben nicht nur das Unternehmen, sondern auch die Position klar und verständlich vorgestellt. Es wurde Raum für Fragen gelassen, die ausführlich und ehrlich beantwortet wurden. Ich habe mich während des gesamten Gesprächs wohl und ernst genommen gefühlt. Insgesamt habe ich einen durchweg positiven Eindruck vom Unternehmen gewonnen – sowohl inhaltlich als auch menschlich. Ich könnte mir gut vorstellen, Teil dieses Teams zu werden.
