Content moderation
I have applied to this role 3 or 4 times over the years. I had to reach out to a senior on linkedin to get a response, and the manager that I was recommended to contact didnt reply either. I then received a phone call from a company far from berlin, I am assuming a outsorcuing company. He was the best recruiter i have ever meet or spoken too. Very professional and straight to the point. I still havent heard back about the promised second interview. I gave my dates but no updates so far. A very slow or unserious process so far. It was also odd to be introduced to the other candidates at this step of the process. The presentation could have been a video recorded instead of a presentation and just a short phone call for questions and booking.
