Hi, Well, I was motivated, but didn't get the job, but there are probably many qualified applicants, and that's part of the game. However, this was one of the more strange recruitment experiences. You were not even allowed to say, which project I was supposed to work on, like a kind of blind application. I thought, I applied for Facebook and prepared the job interview by talking with former colleagues from Arvato Bertelsmann, and I also re-read the article in Süddeutsche Zeitung from 2016. When I mentioned this, I felt that I was alone in the room, except xxxx, talking with myself. Here, it could be good with some kind of comment (has anything changed since 2016?). I think, I would have preferred an old school, real job interview in the office, where everyone sit together. In the MS Teams meeting, only xxxx and I had the camera turned on, not the team leader xxxx and team member xxxx. It feelt wrong, because a job interview is not a one way evaluation, but two ways. I have applied to this role 3 or 4 times over the years. I had to reach out to a senior on linkedin to get a response, and the manager that I was recommended to contact didnt reply either. I then received a phone call from a company far from berlin, I am assuming a outsorcuing company. He was the best recruiter i have ever meet or spoken too. Very professional and straight to the point. I still havent heard back about the promised second interview. I gave my dates but no updates so far. A very slow or unserious process so far. It was also odd to be introduced to the other candidates at this step of the process. The presentation could have been a video recorded instead of a presentation and just a short phone call for questions and booking.

The service provided by Majorel Berlin is very good. The employees are very friendly and supportive. It would be nice to have colleagues like them. I have no complaints. Only suggestion is that it would be great to have whatsapp video call after being selected for the position. With kind regards,
