The panel members were very professional and fair during the interview. They did challenge me, not in a negative manner, but rather in a way that is realistic for the position I applied for, and I really appreciated it. I gave one star for the feedback at the end of the interview, because there was no feedback given, but I think it's usually given along with the final decision, usually when it's a negative one. So with that in mind, I hope I didn't get the feedback because they were impressed. The recruitment team were also very professional, clear, pleasant and detailed throughout the process. The only thing I would improve on that front, is that I got the answer about my TL test results much later than expected and communications regarding that were lacking when I tried contacting them. But I understand that it can be due to numerous reasons and that they may really didn't have an answer up until I was invited to the interview. Overall except for the waiting between the test and the interview invitation, the entire process went really well and everyone involved throughout the entire process were very fair, friendly and professional. Thank you for the opportunity and for reaching out openly to receive my feedback.

All steps were explained to me quite clearly but I am still waiting for the outcome of my assessment.

Very friendly interview, all my compliments to the interviewer. I miss the essential though, at the end, Majorel did not care at all to inform me if I passed or not the last of the two interviews.
