Ich bin extrem beeindruckt, dass ein solch grosses, internat. operierenden Unternehmen, wie Majorel, bis hin zur diversiven Gesprächskultur, einen solch detaillierten und klaren Recruitmentprozess durchführt. Selten habe ich mich so aufgehoben gefühlt und freue mich bereits darauf, ohne zu wissen, was das finale Ergebnis sein wird, in einer solchen Firmen- und Arbeitnehmerkultur anzukommen. Meine beiden international agierenden Recruiter waren dabei für mich immer da 24/7, sehr hilfreich, menschlich und klar in ihren Aussagen und Handlungsgrundlagen. The application was very straightforward, and transparent as to what the job entails. the reaction i got back on my application came back relatively fast, and the agent that contacted me was very friendly and helpful. Big compliment to the individual who led the group call, she was considerate, professional and very clear with explaining what the company has to offer and what i can expect. All in all, a very pleasant application. I'm looking forward to the next steps and a future with new colleagues here :)

Smooth and Professional Recruitment Process
