The recruitment process was clear and straightforward which made the overall experience very positive and excellent. The interviewers were friendly, professional and highly accommodating, thereby creating a comfortable atmosphere that encouraged open communication. However, it would be helpful to communicate beforehand that a headset or headphone is required to ensure smoother preparation for the candidate.
