I found the whole process absolutely transparent and reassuring. The fast response and brilliant interviewer were flattering, making the company look like it knows what its doing. A lot of questions were answered before I could even pose them, making it rather challenging to emphasise enough the transparency previously mentioned. I can't personally suggest or come up with a significant improvement in the process that I witnessed for it deserves a compliment.

The conversation was great as I felt very comfortable and not as nervous as I would usually be. The way the questions were asked and the friendliness projected towards me was a big help to calm those nerve. Speaking in English is a big plus on my end as I love to speak it day and night. Everything explained to me was simple to follow and also covered most questions that I originally had which is also a reason for the lack of questions on my end. It was very informative and reassuring.
