Die Entscheidungsträger mit denen ich die Gespräche führte, waren sehr angenehm und zuvorkommend. Ich hatte auch ein sehr gutes Gefühl bei dem Unternehmen und den Aufgabenstellungen. Nachdem man mir die Stelle zugesagt hat, habe ich nach einem Monat von einer anderen Personalerin die Mitteilung erhalten, dass das Projekt abgesagt wurde und dies eine Entscheidung von ganz oben kam. Kommunikativ sehr schlecht verlaufen leider.

Sehr angenehmes Gespräch
Der Bewerbungsprozess ist sehr einfach und man bekommt prompt eine Antwort. Der Termin war mit einer Woche vorlaufzeit perfekt um sich noch ein wenig vorbereiten zu können. Das Gespräch an sich war sehr angenehm und offen und ich hatte zu keiner Zeit das Gefühl in einem Verhör zu sitzen. Absolut top!

Pleasant interview process and welcoming atmosphere
Miltenyi Biotec was very welcoming throughout the interview process. Communication with the HR department to schedule interviews was very clear and forthcoming. I highly appreciate the fact that the first interview was scheduled with the potential line-manager. Therefore, questions relating to the role and content could be answered. The interview was very pleasant and felt like a discussion in which there was room for both parties (interviewer and interviewee) to ask questions and get to know each other and the company. I appreciate that the invitation to reach out if any questions came up following the interview. While the next step of the interview process were explained, it did not provide a full overview of the entire interview process. At times, the lead time before appointments was short; time between announcing desire for appointment and possibilities to meet could be extended by a few days. Overall, the interview process was pleasant and Miltenyi representatives were welcoming. As an applicant, I felt respected and well treated.
