After I sent in my application it took a very long time to here back about the position. I realise that many factors can influence this, so I am not bitter or anything about it at all. But I had already removed the position from my list of job application thinking I just wasn't selected. So at first I did not know what the email was about when I was contacted. Again, I am super happy for the opportunity and I mean no criticism whatsoever. Just letting you know, that it might benefit you as well if after maybe a month, you let know the candidates that the process is not over yet? But otherwise everything was great, so thank you again:)

My application and interview experience was highly professional and well organized. Communication prior to the interview was prompt, clear, and transparent. The interview itself was conducted in a friendly and respectful atmosphere, with thoughtful scientific discussions and well-structured questions. The overall process was smooth, and expectations were clearly communicated at every stage. I particularly appreciated the professional organization and the opportunity to engage in meaningful academic discussion.

Das Vorstellungsgespräch war sehr informativ, alle meine Fragen wurden beantwortet. Das Interview war gut organisiert und gab mir einen guten Einblick in die Aufgabenstellungen und das Team. Die Atmosphäre war angenehm und offen.

Mir hat es super gefallen, alles war gut verständlich und professionell, ich habe nichts zu bemängeln.

This was a very pleasant interview. The team coordinated with me very well and even accommodated my unique scheduling needs. I hope I get the job because everyone here seems so nice. The interview was only 25 minutes which felt a little rushed since 7 of those minutes was just me presenting, but I understand that everyone is busy as well.

Interview process went very smoothly. Position's potential was discussed. Well structured interview. As a candidate, I got the chance to express my interest. My skills and qualifications were admired. However, in the end of the interview it seems 30 minutes were not sufficient to discuss broadly. I am looking forward to the next steps, so that we could utilize the time there. I had an amazing and positive impression and experience.

Alles in allem sehr positiv, es gibt nur eine kleine Anmerkung zur Terminumfrage: hat man seine Terminwünsche gesendet, gibt es nur einen kleinen Hinweis, dass alles gesendet wurde. Der verschwindet aber und man kann später nicht nachvollziehen, ob und wie man die Umfrage ausgefüllt hat. Es wäre gut, wenn man seine Daten nochmal anschauen könnte.
