Den bisherigen Bewerbungsprozess habe ich als sehr positiv empfunden. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die zeitnahe Rückmeldung auf meine Bewerbung sowie die persönliche telefonische Kontaktaufnahme durch die Personalabteilung, bei der gemeinsam ein passender Gesprächstermin abgestimmt wurde. During my interview, I met a team of very nice and friendly people. Their interaction with me was highly positive, and they left a great impression, showing a genuine interest in a future collaboration. They clearly explained the company’s core business and my potential role within the organization. The Head of the Design Department explained that the first six months are dedicated to onboarding, guidance, and training, which I find very reassuring. Additionally, I really appreciate that work-life balance is prioritized here. The fact that the company has its own fitness studio with free membership for employees, along with an academy for personal development offering various technical courses, is highly impressive.
