I liked everything and it was extremely fast, which I didn't expect from Germany.

I had a very positive interview experience with MB ATECH GmbH. The communication before the interview was fast and clear, and the interview itself was professional and well organized. I felt welcomed and treated as a valued candidate throughout the process. The interviewer was friendly and well prepared, and the expectations and next steps were clearly explained. Overall, it was a very pleasant and positive experience.

The process was quick and clear from the first contact. In the interview I spoke with HR and with two people from the software side, which gave me both the organizational and the technical view. They explained the role, the current state of the software, the team structure, and what the first months would look like. The technical questions were relevant and fair. I also appreciated the direct answers to my own questions about on-site work, travel, language, and relocation support. When I asked whether anything raised a concern about my fit, I got an honest answer, which I value. At the end I was told when to expect an update and what the next round would involve.
