opinia po rozmowie technicznej
Generalnie w porządku. Fajnie, że na nieodpowiedziane pytania było wyjaśnienie. W większości pytania z zaawansowanych rzeczy, a mianowicie konkretnych problemów występujących podczas pracy i problemów języka programowania solidity. Dodałbym więcej pytań z podstaw, teorii i zrozumienia pewnych konceptów skoro mamy do czynienia z kandydatem bez dużego doświadczenia komercyjnego. Zabrakło jak w większości rekrutacji rozeznania nastawienia/celów/ambicji kandydata, czyli rzeczy nietechnicznych, a równie ważnych.
