Das Bewerbungsgespräch an sich war gut strukturiert und sehr aufschlussreich. Die weiteren Teilnehmer des Meetings aus der Marketing-Abteilung waren alle sehr freundlich und transparent in Bezug auf die Vorstellungen und die gegebene Struktur und Arbeitsweise. Daher empfand ich das Gespräch als sehr angenehm.

I received the reply and the interview invitation shortly after submitting my application, and I appreciate the prompt response. The person in charge in the HR department was very kind and created a welcomming atmosphere for communication, which cannot be experienced often. The interview was attended by a manager, a future colleague I would work with on a daily basis if I pass the selection process, and the HR representative. During the interview, I had many opportunities to ask questions, and the both-directed open communication was remarkable. The explanation of the role was comprehensive and made it clear what the actual responsibilities would be. They also mentioned opportunities to communicate with colleagues from other divisions, which I found helpful for preparing a smooth start in the company. The next steps in the process were clearly explained as well. Overall, the interview was very friendly and gave me further motivation to work with the team. It was also recognizable that the company is flexible both organizationally and in terms of the work itself.

Besonders positiv empfand ich die schnelle Reaktion der recruiterin, das heißt der erste Anruf nach dem senden der Bewerbung und dann die Termin Absprache. Auch auf emails wurde schnell geantwortet. Ansonsten lief das erste Gespräch auch sehr nett, über die darauf folgenden Schritte kann ich noch nicht berichten.
