Screening interview
I felt comfortable during the interview. The recruiter introduced quickly herself and after she let me introduce myself and my three latest jobs.
She asked some questions to understand better my skills (expecially language) and my tasks, what I enjoyed most and what less.
She invetigated about my motivation and my salary epectations and notice period.
She presented the Company, the team and explained the next steps in the recruitment process.
Honestly, I believe there are no areas to be improved.

During the interview, the absence of specific questions or a clear structure (e.g., starting with “tell me about yourself”) gave the impression of a lack of interest in thoroughly understanding my professional background. This was further reinforced by the absence of questions regarding my skills, experience, or qualifications.
3. Communication About Diversity and Feedback:
The repeated emphasis on receiving negative feedback, combined with the focus on team diversity and the ethnicity question in the application, suggested that external factors might outweigh qualifications in the decision-making process. This can be discouraging for candidates expecting a merit-based evaluation.
4. Lack of Transparency Regarding Salary:
When I inquired about the salary range, the response was vague, focusing on benefits and a general mention of the gross annual salary. Transparency at this stage is essential for aligning expectations and ensuring clear communication between both parties.
5. Perception of Disinterest:
Overall, the lack of questions about my skills, paired with a sense that diversity quotas were a higher priority, left me feeling that there was no genuine interest in my profile or potential.
