Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, sowohl von den Räumlichkeiten, als auch vom Gesprächsfluss her. Es wird nicht nur Interesse am fachlichen Hintergrund, sondern an der gesamten Biografie gezeigt; außerdem wird auch vom eigenen Werdegang erzählt und nicht nur gefragt. Mühlenträume: Entfalte dein Potenzial und erlebe das Beste aus der kalten Jahreszeit!
Ich empfand es als sehr positiv, dass (Anonym) mir ausreichend Zeit ließ, um mich vorzustellen. Meine Perspektiven und Absichten wurden offen und wertschätzend aufgenommen. Auch in Bezug auf die Lohngestaltung fühlte ich mich nicht unter Druck gesetzt und konnte meine Vorstellungen klar äußern. Allerdings merkte ich schnell, dass ich über dem veranschlagten Lohnbudget lag. Besonders geschätzt habe ich das Absageschreiben, das nicht im gängigen Standard formuliert war, sondern durch eine persönliche Note aus unserem Gespräch hervorstach. Schade fand ich, dass das Videogespräch technische Schwierigkeiten hatte. Zum Schluss möchte ich noch erwähnen, dass ich ein wenig enttäuscht bin, nicht Teil des PURS Fine Teams geworden zu sein und stattdessen weiterhin nur als Gast fungieren darf.

Jederzeit wieder
In meiner Laufbahn hatte ich schon sehr viele Bewerbungsgespräche,jedoch war dies das Herzlichste . Man fühlt sich gewertschätzt.
