Der erste Kontakt und der darauf folgende Termin per Teams war wirklich sehr professionell. Im Termin selbst wurde sehr offen kommuniziert, Fragen wurden gestellt wie auch beantwortet in allen Bereichen. Man spürt das Interesse der Firma und die klare Struktur dahinter, Als bewerbe habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt und freue mich auf den weiteren Weg der Kommunikation.

Top in allen Punkten
Nach dem Absenden der Bewerbung musst du nicht lange warten, um ein erstes Feedback zu erhalten. Bei mir war es die Einladung zum Erstgespräch, dass professionell und in lockerer Atmosphäre per Videocall lief. Ich fühlte mich durchgehend wohl und wurde in meiner Überzeugung noch gestärkt, dass eine Zusammenarbeit für beide Seiten passen kann. Runde zwei steht noch an.
