Great!
I had the opportunity to interview for the Senior Product Owner position with Tom, and it was truly a great experience. The conversation was friendly, engaging, and comfortable. Tom gave me ample space to share my background and experiences, listening with patience and genuine interest. He also walked me through the end-to-end process of the team and the project I would potentially be part of, along with the key requirements and expectations. I am confident about the alignment and am looking forward to a positive response and the possibility of joining the team soon.

Wie ein Bewerbungsgespräch sein sollte
Transparent, offen, verständnisvoll und kompromissbereit. Die Firma macht sehr klar, was für Leute sie sucht. Aber gleichzeitig zeigt sie sich auch bereit, den Anforderungen des Bewerbers entgegenzukommen. Alles, von den Verantwortungsbereichen, über die Unternehmenskultur und die Arbeitsweise, bis zum Gehalt wurde sehr transparent erläutert. Das hilft dem Bewerber sehr bei der Entscheidungsfindung.
