Über mich wurde keinerlei Informationen eingeholt.Ich bekam keine Möglichkeit mich vorzustellen und etwas über mich zu erzählen.Ich fand das Gespräch sehr einseitig und finde es schade das man über solche Kommunikation Fachkräfte einstellt.Die Dame war sehr freundlich aber da ich selbst schon Mitarbeiter eingestellt habe gibt es in Ihrem Unternehmen hohen Nachholbedarf für die personelle Unterstützung im Bewerbungsprozess

Meine Erfahrung mit der UGL
Meine bisherigen Erfahrungen mit der UGL – Unternehmensgruppe beschränken sich bisher auf den Bewerbungsprozess. Nachdem ich meine Bewerbung eingereicht hatte, wurde ich innerhalb von zwei Tagen kontaktiert. Das Telefongespräch war sehr angenehm und höflich, und mir wurden die Anforderungen der Stelle klar erläutert. Während des Gesprächs habe ich ein gutes Verständnis und eine professionelle Kommunikation erlebt. Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass ich die Voraussetzungen für die Position erfülle. Obwohl ich die Arbeit noch nicht begonnen habe, war der Kommunikations- und Umgangsstil bereits sehr positiv.
