Feedback zum Bewerbungsprozess
Den gesamten Bewerbungsprozess habe ich als sehr angenehm, strukturiert und wertschätzend empfunden. Bereits nach Einreichung meiner Bewerbungsunterlagen erhielt ich zeitnah eine Rückmeldung, was mir ein positives Gefühl und Transparenz im weiteren Ablauf vermittelte. Der telefonische Erstkontakt war freundlich, professionell und zugleich offen gestaltet. In diesem Gespräch wurden meine Fragen ausführlich beantwortet und ich erhielt einen klaren Überblick über die nächsten Schritte. Auch das persönliche Kennenlernen empfand ich als sehr positiv. Die Gesprächsatmosphäre war respektvoll, authentisch und auf Augenhöhe. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die offene Kommunikation sowie das ehrliche Interesse an meiner Person und meinem beruflichen Hintergrund. Der Ablauf war gut vorbereitet und strukturiert, wodurch ein konstruktiver und angenehmer Austausch möglich war. Insgesamt habe ich den Bewerbungsprozess als sehr professionell, transparent und wertschätzend erlebt und bedanke mich herzlich für diese positive Erfahrung.
