Sehr zufrieden
Ich hatte sowohl ein Telefoninterview als auch ein Vorstellungsgespräch bei UGL Security beides telefonisch. Der Kontakt war von Anfang an freundlich und professionell. Ich habe mich direkt gut aufgehoben und ernst genommen gefühlt. Die Gespräche waren angenehm und informativ und auf meine Fragen wurde ausführlich eingegangen. Insgesamt habe ich einen sehr positiven ersten Eindruck von UGL Security bekommen.unf freu mich auch natürlich für am 6.10.2026.wo ich persönlich noch mal komme.

Zuviele ausweichende Antworten auf Fragen/mögliche Vereinbarungen vom Bewerber an den Arbeitgeber (Ansprechpartner vor Ort). Erst am "Schnuppertag" wurden offene Fragen geklärt.

Optimales Bewerbungsgespräch
Bei Neueistellungen wäre es ein positives entgegenkommen, wenn ein paar Tage Urlaub mehr zugesprochen werden würde, als vorgesehen. Vor allem bei Kollegen, die schon langwierig in dem Beruf tätig sind. Die Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeitern der UGL-Unternwhnebsgruppe ist korrekt und verläuft zügig.

Guter Arbeitsplatz mit Verbesserungspotenzial
Insgesamt habe ich die Zeit im Unternehmen als positiv und lehrreich erlebt. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben, die Möglichkeit, praktische Erfahrungen zu sammeln, und die Zusammenarbeit im Team. Gleichzeitig gibt es aus meiner Sicht einige Punkte, bei denen noch Verbesserungspotenzial besteht. Die Kommunikation könnte an manchen Stellen strukturierter und transparenter sein. Auch bei der Organisation von Arbeitsabläufen und der Weitergabe von Informationen wäre eine klarere Abstimmung hilfreich. Dadurch könnten Missverständnisse vermieden und Arbeitsprozesse effizienter gestaltet werden. Insgesamt wünsche ich mir, dass Feedback von Mitarbeitenden weiterhin ernst genommen und genutzt wird, um Abläufe kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
