Einladung zum Erstgespräch
Der Bewerbungsprozess war für mich insgesamt sehr angenehm und persönlich. Besonders das erste Gespräch habe ich als offen, wertschätzend und auf Augenhöhe empfunden. Von Beginn an war man direkt per Du, was wirklich sehr angenehm ist. Auch wenn es für mich leider nicht weiterging, hat das Gespräch mein Interesse eher noch verstärkt. Über etwas konkreteres Feedback zu den Gründen der Absage hätte ich mich allerdings gefreut.

Sehr angenehmer und transparenter Bewerbungsprozess
Der Bewerbungsprozess war von Anfang an sehr angenehm und transparent. Besonders positiv finde ich die schnellen Rückmeldungen und die zügige Kommunikation. Auch das Bewerbungsgespräch selbst habe ich als sehr angenehm, offen und wertschätzend empfunden.
