Sehr freundliches und professionelles Gespräch
Das Bewerbungsgespräch war für mich eine sehr positive Erfahrung. Die Atmosphäre war von Anfang an freundlich und angenehm, deshalb habe ich mich schnell wohlgefühlt. Das Gespräch war offen und respektvoll, und meine Fragen wurden sehr gut und verständlich beantwortet. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass man sich wirklich Zeit für mich genommen hat. Professionelle Durchführung eines Vorstellungsgespräches
Die beide Gesprächspartner des Unternehmens waren zuvorkommend, freundlich und professionell. Die Stimmung während des gesamten Gesprächs war angenehm, gestellte Fragen wurde zur entweder zur Zufriedenheit beantwortet, oder für das zweite Gespräch auf Grund ihrer Art oder Komplexität zurückgestellt. Es wurde intensiv über die derzeitigen Probleme und deren gewünschten möglichen Lösungen gesprochen. Von beiden Seiten wurde kommuniziert, das nur das offene und ehrlichen Gespräch für beide Seiten zu einer zufriedenen und langfristigen Zusammenarbeit führen kann.
