Idealer Einstieg in den Bewerbungsprozess
In meinem ersten Gespräch mit der Recruiterin habe ich einen guten Überblick zum Unternehmen, zur Position, dem entsprechenden Team und den Aufgaben erhalten. Das Gespräch ist sehr strukturiert verlaufen und man hat den roten Faden als Bewerber immer erkennen können. Auf offene Fragen wurde konstruktiv und kompetent geantwortet. Letztlich ist ein sehr guter erster Eindruck entstanden.
