Bewerbung um einen Praktikumsplatz
Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Bewerbungsprozess und hatte eine sehr zuverlässige und zügige Ansprechpartnerin. Auch mein Gespräch hat mich dazu veranlasst, meine Nervosität schnell fallen zu lassen und anschließend einen authentischen Austausch beiderseits zu ermöglichen. Die kurze Führung durchs Werk am Ende war dann noch ein sehr gelungener Abschluss, der mir klargemacht hat, dass ich das alles nicht zum letzten Mal gesehen haben möchte.

Sehr schnelle Antwort und ein respektvoller Umgang mit dem Bewerber
Ich hatte vor kurzem ein Bewerbungsgespräch bei A&R und bin positiv überrascht. Da ich noch keine hundertprozentige Antwort habe, kann ich kein abschließendes Resümee ziehen aber bisher lief alles sehr schnell und unkompliziert und das Gespräch war sehr respektvoll. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir, dass sachlich geredet und auf Spielchen verzichtet wurde.
