Das Gespräch per Videocall habe ich als sehr positiv wahrgenommen. Die Beteiligung von drei Fachvertretern sowie einer HR-Ansprechperson spricht für ein strukturiertes und ernsthaftes Auswahlverfahren, das ich sehr schätze. Die Einblicke in Ihre Unternehmenskultur, insbesondere die generationenübergreifende Zusammenarbeit und der gelebte Teamzusammenhalt, haben meine Motivation weiter bestärkt. Als Prozessmanager bringe ich nicht nur methodisches Know-how (z. B. Lean, BPMN), sondern vor allem die Fähigkeit, Prozessverbesserungen über Abteilungs- und Generationengrenzen hinweg zu moderieren und nachhaltig zu verankern. Hallo, ich fand das Gespräch trotz meiner Anspannung sehr locker. Mir wurde mit der Art und Weise wie der Ablauf des Gespräches sein wird vermittelt, das versucht wird eine schöne und entspannte Atmosphäre zu schaffen und das ist auch gelungen. Allerdings hätte ich gerne das Gehalt für die Stelle erfahren. Auch wenn das vielleicht bei Ihnen in einer anderen Reihenfolge läuft im Bewerbungsverfahren
