Bewertung beim BVB als Ordner
Ich hatte vor Kurzem mein erstes Bewerbungsgespräch als Ordner beim BVB und möchte ein positives Feedback geben. Der gesamte Ablauf war sehr freundlich und professionell gestaltet. Die Atmosphäre war angenehm, und die Verantwortlichen haben sich Zeit genommen, alle Fragen zu beantworten und den Ablauf der Tätigkeit genau zu erklären. Ich habe mich während des Gesprächs sehr willkommen gefühlt und freue mich auf die Möglichkeit, Teil des Teams zu werden. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt ist, dass ich bisher noch keinen Link für das Onboarding erhalten habe. Ich hoffe, das klärt sich bald, da ich mich schon sehr darauf freue, loszulegen. Insgesamt aber ein sehr positiver Eindruck – ein sympathisches und gut organisiertes Team! ⚫🟡
