What’s good? Communication was fast from application to the first call, and the interview itself was well-structured with clear questions about my experience What could be improved? A bit more context on the interview format beforehand would have helped, and some real-time feedback during the conversation would have felt more natural.

Schon vor dem Vorstellungsgespräch bekam ich am Telefon ein Gefühl für Vorfreude. Das Bewerbungsgespräch war umso besser. Mir wurde gut erklärt um was es geht und auf was es ankommt. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

The HR team was quick to respond and quite understanding. I had alot of work lately and was unable to attend so the gave me a 2nd chance for the interview. Everything was fine excpet the AI testing tool used for "testing" candidates. Its sloppy and quite hard to understand when it speaks. I had to borrow another laptop for testing since mine did not have a LAN port. While testing i had to type alot of words from the AI voice but could not understand instructions at 1st. The tool kept talking and since i was not used to that keyboard layout I could not follow and gave up. The hiring team was nice and friendly. As a technician i would reccomend maybe adding a retry button to the speech understanding test and a little more explanation before it starts. Otherwise thank you for your time.
