Frauen Power
Es war nicht leicht ins Gebäude zu gelangen. Vorab keine telefonische Erklaerung oder Hinweis der digitalen Schließanlage bzw Klingelknopf und das man die Firma aussuchen muss, war sehr irritierend erst mal angeranzt zu werden und technische Benutzung rauszufinden. Bewerber bitte besser darauf vorbereiten. Man kann mit kommenden Mitarbeitern ins Gebäude gehen, hat dann aber keine Beschilderung zwecks Information desk. Gespräche der Beisitzer während des laufenden Einstellung Test störend empfunden. Firma wurde nur grob vorgestellt, Infos auf den Social Media Bereich (Video sichtung) bezogen, ausführliche Vorstellung mit Hinweis auf Verschwiegenheit-serklaerung und detalierte diskussion worauf man sich dabei einlassen wird. Kann für manchen abschreckend wirken. Alles im allen ist die Ehrlichkeit und wertschaetzende Art der beteiligten 3 Damen positiv zu bewerten. Verbuche die Punkte unter Resilienz test;) Freue mich auf gute Zusammenarbeit
