Bewerbungsgespräch
Das Bewerbungsgespräch war insgesamt sehr angenehm und professionell gestaltet. Die Atmosphäre war offen und respektvoll, wodurch ich mich direkt wohlgefühlt habe. Alle Fragen wurden klar beantwortet und der Ablauf war gut strukturiert. Ein kleiner Verbesserungspunkt wäre, die konkreten Aufgaben der Position noch etwas detaillierter zu erläutern, um ein noch klareres Gesamtbild zu bekommen. Insgesamt habe ich jedoch einen sehr positiven Eindruck vom Unternehmen und dem Bewerbungsprozess gewonnen.
