Excellent
The conversation was great as I felt very comfortable and not as nervous as I would usually be. The way the questions were asked and the friendliness projected towards me was a big help to calm those nerve. Speaking in English is a big plus on my end as I love to speak it day and night. Everything explained to me was simple to follow and also covered most questions that I originally had which is also a reason for the lack of questions on my end. It was very informative and reassuring.

Intransparenz
Leider habe ich eine Absage bekommen. Ich würde mir wünschen, was die Gründe sind. Denn trotz mehrerer offener Stellen, sehr schneller Einladung nachbm der Bewerbung sowie positivem schriftlichen Feedback ('haben positiven Eindruck von dir gewonnen'), dann doch schnelle Absage. Ich sagte u.a., mein Hobby sei Bibellesen. Nur um klarzustellen, was ohnehin selbstverständlich ist. Ich bin bei Majorel um zu arbeiten, und nicht um Menschen von der Bibel zu erzählen.
