Bewerbungsprozess bei Majorel Cottbus
Ein hohes Kommunikationsniveau sowie flexible Terminvereinbarung gepaart mit freundlichem auftreten und natürlich wirkenden Gesprächen und Gesprächspartnern sind bei Majorel Cottbus Gang und gäbe. Der gesamte Bewerbungsprozess bis hin zur Rücksprache über entschiedene Mitarbeiter einstellung/absage, war für mich sehr angenehm. Zudem verkraftet man bei Majorel auch ein, zwei Tage Bedenkzeit (bei einer Einstellungszusage). Für das Ordnen der privaten Befindlichkeiten und besonders bei Menschen die in mehreren Bewerbungsprozessen involviert sind, ist diese Art des Verständnisses sehr hilfreich.
