Super
Probearbeit geht vier Stunden. Das ist schon zu lang, da die Stunden nicht bezahlt werden. Besser wären dann zwei Stunden bei der Probearbeit. Sonst war alles okay und die Filialleiterin ist wirklich sehr nett.

Minijob
Ich hatte mein Probetag und wurde überhaupt nicht in den laden eingewiesen, also ich wusste nicht was ich tun sollte. Ich wurde ständig gefragt ob es mir gut geht und ich überhaupt weiter machen möchte, weil ich dort nur rumgelaufen bin. Ich hatte keine Aufgaben bekommen also was sollte ich sonst tun. Es war an einem Samstag, also mega voll. Die hälfte der Leute die dort (gearbeitet) haben, hatten ebenfalls deren ersten Probetag dort.

Versprochene Vereinbarung nicht gehalten
Ich bin zutiefst enttäuscht, dass die Managerin sich nicht bei mir telefonisch gemeldet hat, wie wir es am Telefon besprochen haben. Am 04.04.26 hatte ich das Vorstellungsgespräch in Hamburg gehabt und ich habe keine Rückmeldung erhalten, bis heute. Wir Bewerber bewerben uns nicht aus Spaß, sondern, weil wir einen Job suchen. Wenn die Managerin/ Manager kein bock haben sich telefonisch bei den Bewerbern zu melden, obwohl man dass so besprochen hat, dann schreibt eine kurze E-Mail mit der Absage. Wir müssen auch Planen und Organisieren!!!! :/
