Fünf Wochen keine Antwort auf Bewerbung. Dann Bewerbungsgespräch gehabt, es wurde gesagt wir melden uns nach Weihnachten. Jetzt sind 5 Wochen rum und es gab keine Antwort. Wenigstens eine Absage, irgend eine Reaktion wäre fair gewesen.

Unprofessionalität nach Bewerbungsgespräch
Unprofessionelles und respektloses Verhalten nach Bewerbungsgespräch: Ich habe trotz Probearbeiten und darauffolgendem positivem Feedback keinerlei Rückmeldung mehr erhalten, auch nicht auf Nachfrage. Es gehört sich schlichtweg nicht, solch ein Ghosting zu betreiben, nachdem man den Bewerber zu einem Probetag eingeladen hat, der der Aussage des Arbeitgebers nach sehr positiv verlief.
