Antwort auf Bewerbung kam relativ schnell, Termin klappte technisch auch gut und stressfrei.

Klare und gute Kommunikation vor und während des ersten Gesprächs. Erwartungshaltung klar kommuniziert sowie das weitere Vorgehen.

Danke an meinen Interviewer für das klasse Gespräch, ich habe mich wohlgefühlt, es war konstruktiv und professionell. Am Anfang des Prozesses hat es etwas gedauert mit Antworten und Reaktionen, was aber wohl auch an der Vorweihnachtszeit lag. Alles in allem bin ich bisher sehr zufrieden, danke!

Sehr sympathisch, tolles Gespräch, xxx netter HRler Theoretisch hätte er noch etwas mehr das gesamt Konstrukt der Firma bzgl. des Business Models beschreiben können. Aber rein konstruktiv gesprochen. Das BGesp. hat mir gut gefallen. Beste Grüße

I had the opportunity to interview for the Senior Product Owner position with Tom, and it was truly a great experience. The conversation was friendly, engaging, and comfortable. Tom gave me ample space to share my background and experiences, listening with patience and genuine interest. He also walked me through the end-to-end process of the team and the project I would potentially be part of, along with the key requirements and expectations.
