Auch wenn ich es am Ende nicht geworden bin. Ich hatte bei Softgarden einen sehr angenehmes und positives Gefühl während des Bewerbungsprozesses. Alles war sehr transparent. Es gab keine langen Wartezeiten und Feedback war sehr wertschätzend.

Ich hatte einen netten, offenen Gesprächspartner der sowohl fachlich als auch menschlich einen sehr soliden ersten Eindruck hinterlassen hat. Würde das Unternehmen (auf Grundlage des ersten interviews) weiterempfehlen. Verbesserungen habe ich keine.
