Sehr gutes, angenehmes und informatives Gespräch. Kleiner Hinweis: Die Möglichkeit, selbst Fragen zu stellen habe ich als etwas eingeschränkt wahrgenommen. Man könnte am Ende des Gesprächs den Bewerber aktiv fragen "Haben sie noch Fragen" und sich dafür noch 5 Minuten Zeit nehmen.
