Mir wurde sehr schnell auf meine Bewerbung geantwortet. Mein Bewerbungsgespräch verlief sehr gut strukturiert, mit sehr angenehmer Gesprächsführung und mit einer sehr klaren Kommunikation. Insgesamt bisher das am besten strukturierte und profesionellste Gespräch was ich in diesem Rahmen geführt habe.

I had a positive screening interview during which I appreciated the recruiter’s clarity and professionalism. They outlined next steps and said I would hear back the following week. However, I received an automated request to review the application process the same day. This implied the process had already ended and felt inconsistent with the conversation. My guess is that my application was closed in the ATS shortly after the call. Eventually I did received a boilerplate rejection mail. I requested feedback but received no response. In the meantime, the job ad has been reposted. The interview with the recruiter was positive, but the automated process and follow-through created a mismatch and could be improved for a more consistent candidate experience.

I was unsatisfied because the procedure was seemed not structured but impulsive. I was invited for a panel talk than a first recruiter talk and had no chance to show any technical skills. Zero constructive feedback was given after the interview but instead I received a template rejection. I was ultimately respectful for the esteemed organization that I considered with high regards but did not see same level respect in the badly written rejection email. An organization that has mission different than corporate should give proper constructive feedback like you guys expecting here.

I really liked the part of the interview explaining the product and the main focus areas in which I would work on. I was disappointed though for getting rejected on technical basis without even going through the technical interview. I would expect this to has been screened prior to the interview and either get invited to an initial interview or get rejected from the start. This would have been more respectful for both our time and schedules.

I really appreciated the time management and the engaging conversation during the interview. What I’d recommend improving is the clarity of information about the next steps. While this was mentioned during the interview, it would be helpful to also include it in a follow-up email or on a dedicated page explaining the interview process. This would allow candidates to prepare more effectively.
