The interview was really nice and constructive, it made me feel very positive about the team! The only thing that was not ideal that I had to apply twice because something had changed about the job ad since my original application, though the only change I could see was the removal of the salary offered for the role.

Initial call with HR very direct and positive. All questions during call and follow up steps very clearly communicated.

Overall the whole interview process was very quick, friendly and professional. A few things that I'd like to point out based on my experience: - During my interview, one of the interviewers seemed a bit distracted and wasn't able to answer a few basic questions I had. Not sure if this was due to internet issues or language or something else, but that didn't give me a good impression during the interview. - The feedback email that I received after the interview, was very standard, template-like feedback and gave absolutely no insights into the reason of the decision, I requested for a little more information and received no answer since. In my opinion, this is not a great way to give feedback, interviewees spend a lot of time preparing and going through the interviewing process, the minimum thing that could be given is a constructive feedback to at least appreciate the candidates time spent on the interview.

The hiring process has been transparent, well-structured, and deeply empathetic. Both the recruiting and management rounds provided a clear, honest overview of expectations, challenges, and strategic goals. The conversations were engaging and insightful, demonstrating a genuine interest in my experience, vision, and leadership approach. I also appreciated the inspiring individuals I met along the way, making this process both professional and motivating.

Wertschätzende Atmosphäre, interessierte Rückfragen, spannende Diskussion, allerdings war es etwas irritierend, dass vorab keine Informationen geteilt wurden, dass sich das Bewerbungsgespräch auf zwei Stellen (auf die sich auch beworben wurde) beziehen wird. Hier hätte ich mir etwas mehr Transparenz gewünscht.

Insgesamt ein positiver Prozess, Fragen zum Projekt bestanden vor dem Gespräch, konnten aber ausgeräumt werden.

- I was impressed by how fast the whole recruitment process was going, the interview panel sticked by what they said in terms of the timeline and when they will reach out with their answer for the next round of interview. - I was treated very kindly in the whole communication and the interviews, I felt valued and respected for my experience and as a person. - I really cannot think of anything that could be improved in this system!
